The Digital Client Services Apprenticeship from Future LDN is designed with client facing apprentices in mind. Apprentices undertaking this pathway will learn critical skills relating to productivity software as well as receiving a grounding in the effective use of CRM systems and databases. There is a strong focus on dealing effectively and professionally with clients. Like all of our qualifications, Apprentices will also receive support to develop core skills such as effective workplace communication, information security management and customer care.

Productivity Software

Digital Client Services Apprentices will be guided through areas of using IT effectively to provide a service to clients. Over the course of the Apprenticeship,  learners will cover IT tools, such as MS Excel, & presentation software to collect, analyse and communicate customer data to improve the effectiveness of the business.

Processes, Data and Security

Successful customer relationships require an understanding of business processes.  Apprentices will complete an investigation of requirements for an IT system in the workplace. Individuals will be able to evaluate the current system, recognise problems, & produce a requirements specification for the proposed solution.

Customers and Communication

Every business needs to be able to attract, retain and develop customer relationships. This module supports Apprentices to use communication tools including email, CRM systems & databases, to gather & share customer information to manage & develop customer relationships.

Personal and business growth

Effective employees are aware of their own personal and professional development, as well as the business’ development and growth. Therefore, Apprentices learn to work effectively and professionally, being aware of their responsibilities in the workplace and contribute to innovation & business development.

At the outset of the Apprenticeship, the manager, learner and Learning and Development Specialist will decide on a project for the Apprentice to manage which will increase efficiency in the organisation. The Apprentice will learn and apply relevant project management techniques to the project as they undertake it. Unless otherwise specified, Apprentices will be supported to work according to Agile project management methodologies. The Apprentice will be supported in using digital tools including Trello, Excel & Presentation Software to plan all aspects of the project including budget forecasting & monitoring.

The Digital Finance Apprenticeship from Future LDN is designed to help apprentices to develop the fundamental skills required to be effective in a finance team. During the course of the programme, Apprentices become proficient in using relevant software for their role, including accounting software and common applications such as spreadsheets, word processing software and presentation software. Apprentices undertaking this pathway will learn the digital skills required to effectively manage, present and analyse financial information. There is a strong focus on dealing effectively and professionally with clients. Like all of our qualifications, Apprentices also receive support to develop core skills such as effective workplace communication, information security management, and customer care.
